Bookings are confirmed only after we verify availability and share confirmation on WhatsApp/phone.

2. Documents and eligibility

You may be required to provide valid government ID and a valid driving license. The renter is responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

3. Vehicle usage

• Use the vehicle responsibly and follow traffic rules.
• No illegal activities or prohibited usage.
• Do not sub-rent the vehicle.

4. Payments, deposits, and pricing

Pricing is communicated at the time of confirmation. Any deposits (if applicable) and payment mode will be shared during booking.

5. Damage, fines, and liability

The renter is responsible for damages, traffic fines, challans, towing, or other charges incurred during the rental period as per applicable terms shared during booking.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund rules may vary by season and vehicle type. We will share the applicable policy during confirmation.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
